Lark Fine Foods is committed to providing a level of service that matches the high standard we hold for our Cookies for Grown-Ups®, Savory Biscuits and curated gift boxes. Our food items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All items purchased from are sold on a "final sale" basis.

In spite of our best efforts to carefully pack your order for safe shipping, our cookies do break. They’re cookies, after all. If your order appears to be damaged in any way, please contact us immediately and we will work with you and our carriers to resolve immediately. Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.


In situations where product is defective or damaged you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):

Refunds are only available for defective or damaged product. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and within ten (10) days a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
